Dinner in Boston

While Jared and I were in Boston last week, we went to one of our favorite restaurants in the North End, Giacomo's.  It was great, as expected.

Mozzarella Marinara and some glasses of Chianti

(front) Butternut Squash Ravioli with Asparagus in Cream Sauce
(back) Linguine with Shrimp and Scallops in Giacomo's Sauce

Homemade fusilli with shrimp and lobster in Giacomo's Sauce

Coffee from Cafe Vittoria was just what we needed after all the rich Italian food.

Cafe Mocha

After our coffee we couldn't pass up Mike's Pastry.  We picked up some Lobster Tails and Cannolis to share.
Lobster tail and Chocolate Chip Cannoli

What could be better than a crispy, flakey pastry formed into the shape of a lobster tail, and filled with ricotta and whipped cream??  Heavenly, decadent.  Great for dessert or breakfast!!

I can't believe how many photos you snuck in, I hardly remember you taking out the camera. You did miss that first bottle of wine though...
